1. Designed for the fully automated process of ironing, crimping, housing insertion, sleeve cutting, sleeve insertion, and end crimping of braided leads for refrigerator compressors.
2. Automatically performs wire heating, fixed-length cutting, front-end stripping, front-end terminal crimping, housing insertion, laser cutting of sleeves, automatic sleeve insertion, rear-end stripping, and rear-end crimping.
3. Configure online monitoring for soldering iron temperature, poor stripping detection, terminal pressure monitoring, terminal insertion force monitoring, terminal pull-out detection, terminal material shortage detection, terminal jamming anomaly detection, wire feeder anomaly detection, pneumatic pressure monitoring, and other inspection methods.
4. Front-end crimping, sleeve insertion, rear-end stripping, and rear-end crimping employ CCD vision inspection and secondary positional alignment. This enables automatic detection of terminal defects including missed crimping, over-crimping, exposed copper strands, stray wires, abnormal sleeve insertion, incomplete rear stripping, and excessive stripping length.
5、The patented design incorporates a sleeve cutting and threading mechanism, a heat-sealing blade and thread oscillation mechanism, a tail end stripping mechanism, and a tail end crimping and thread straightening mechanism, significantly enhancing product processing quality.
6、Utilizes premium brand components: Siemens PLC, Kunlun Tongtai touchscreen, INVT PN servo, Festo solenoid valve assembly, etc., ensuring stable machine operation and minimizing maintenance.
7、The entire line adopts a modular design, comprising three process modules: a fully automated crimping and crimping machine for cable ends, a fully automated laser tube cutting and threading machine, and a fully automated end crimping machine. These modules are interconnected via simple network cables to facilitate seamless switching between equipment functions.
