4. Incorporating a patented sleeve cutting and threading mechanism alongside a swing-action blade and threading assembly, this design substantially enhances product processing quality.
5. Utilising premium brand components: Siemens PLCs, Kunlun Tongtai touchscreens, INVT PN servo drives, Festo solenoid valve assemblies, etc., to ensure stable machine operation and minimise maintenance requirements.
6. The entire line adopts a modular design, comprising two process modules: a fully automatic crimping and housing insertion machine combined with a fully automatic double-sided marking machine. Equipment function switching is achieved through simple network cable connections.
