1. Designed for fully automated wire soldering, front-end crimping and housing insertion of refrigerator compressor components featuring two different wire gauges.

2. Employing a dual-terminal machine side-by-side configuration with two sets of terminal pressure monitoring devices, two wire gauges can be freely switched to different terminal machines for crimping. Alternatively, the same wire gauge can be crimped on both machines simultaneously.

3. Automatic processing for two wire gauges: heat-sealing, fixed-length cutting, front-end stripping, front-end terminal crimping, and housing insertion.

4. Configure online monitoring for soldering iron temperature, poor stripping detection, terminal pressure monitoring, terminal insertion force monitoring, terminal pull-out detection, terminal material shortage detection, terminal jamming anomaly detection, wire feeder anomaly detection, pneumatic pressure monitoring, and other inspection methods.

5. Utilising premium brand components: Siemens PLCs, Kunlun Tongtai touchscreens, INVT PN servo drives, Festo solenoid valve assemblies, etc., to ensure stable machine operation and minimise maintenance requirements.
