1. Designed for the fully automated process of heat-shrinking, crimping, housing insertion, wire straightening, positioning, binding, and trimming of enameled wire braided leads for air conditioning compressors.

2. The enameled wire piercing and terminal crimping machine employs a high-precision servo crimping mechanism. Crimp height and hold time can be configured via the display screen, ensuring each terminal is crimped to specification.

3. The terminal mould is equipped with a high-precision crimping height monitoring sensor, which continuously tracks the crimping height variation curve to ensure the quality of the crimping penetration for each enameled wire.

4. Automatically performs heat-sealing, fixed-length cutting, front and rear end stripping, front end crimping, housing insertion, multi-strand binding, and wire end trimming.

5. Configure online monitoring for soldering iron temperature, terminal pressure, terminal insertion force into the housing, terminal pull-out detection, wire-tying anomalies, missing terminal material detection, wire feeder malfunctions, and pneumatic pressure monitoring.

6、The binding mechanism employs a high-speed servo system for precise control, ensuring dimensional stability and convenient position adjustment without damaging wire insulation.

7、The entire line adopts a modular design, comprising three process modules: a fully automated crimping and housing insertion station, an automatic wire straightening station, and a fully automated wire binding station. Equipment functionality is switched via simple network cable connections.

8、Utilizes premium brand components: Siemens PLC, Kunlun Tongtai touchscreen, INVT PN servo, Festo solenoid valve assembly, etc., ensuring stable machine operation and minimizing maintenance.
